A sit down about the hard bits
The Health Check.
The office of the house.
A sit down about your business. What is worth handing over, what is not, and what it would take. Straight answers, written down, no strings.
On the plan.
What the page would say, example
An example page for an example roofer. Yours would be about yours.
What it would be
An hour, a page, your call.
Not a course. Not a subscription. One conversation with a written answer.
- 1
An hour with you
How the phone is answered now. What happens to enquiries. Where the diary lives. What you do at night that you should not have to.
- 2
A written page
What we would hand over first, what we would leave alone, and what it would cost you in time to set up.
- 3
Your call
Take it to us, take it to someone else, or do nothing. The page is yours either way.
A sketch, and we say so.
We have done this for ourselves and for the twelve example businesses on this site, and the same questions would work for yours. Nobody has paid for one yet.
We are not selling ongoing advice. Owners do not need a subscription to someone talking. They need the phone answered, and this is the room that works out what else is worth doing.
Why it matters
Not everything should be handed over.
Some of it should. Some of it should not. Knowing which is the whole job.
The phone, yes.
The quoting, no.
The diary, sort it first.
One sit down. One page. Your decision.
Two real people, not a platform.
We’re Anthony and Bobby. We build and mind every receptionist ourselves, from Glasgow, and you get our mobile numbers. If something’s not right, you tell one of us and it gets sorted.
