Show off the good words

Reviews.

The mantelpiece of the house.

A text after the job, asking for a Google review. Sent at the right moment, and never after a problem. Then the second half, still to build, putting the good words where customers will actually see them.

Half built. Switched off until a business wants it.

The text, word for word

Thanks for choosing Craigend Roofing. If you have a minute, a Google review helps a small firm a lot: [your Google link]. If anything wasn’t right, reply here and Stuart will call you. Reply STOP to opt out.

Example business. Your name, your owner, your link.

How it works

Ask nicely. Ask once. Ask everyone.

One text, the same words to everyone, and the rules do the rest.

  1. 1

    The job finishes

Your receptionist or your diary says so.

  2. 2

    The text goes

In your name, with your Google link, between nine in the morning and seven at night. At most once per customer in ninety days, and never after a job that had a problem.

  3. 3

A review lands on your Google profile

Or a reply lands with you, as an urgent alert, so a quiet complaint reaches you before it reaches Google.

  4. 4

    Monday

The report gains a line. Asked, replied.

Built, switched off

The asking.

Built, tested and deployed. It sits quiet until you say the word, and the first text goes when you tell us it can.

The same words go to everyone. No sorting the happy from the unhappy first. Google’s rules and the law both forbid it, and we would not do it anyway.

Not yet

The showing.

Counting your reviews, replying to them, and putting the best ones on your page. Those need Google’s own business tools, which Google grants only to a verified business. We will not fake that, so it waits for a business that is verified.

What it will not do

Why it matters

Most customers read the reviews before they ring.

A firm with none looks new, even when it has been going twenty years.

One text.

The right moment.

Everyone, or no one.

A reply comes to you first.

The good words, asked for properly.

Two real people, not a platform.

We’re Anthony and Bobby. We build and mind every receptionist ourselves, from Glasgow, and you get our mobile numbers. If something’s not right, you tell one of us and it gets sorted.

Switch it on when you are ready

It sits quiet until you say.

Tell us your Google link and who should take the awkward reply. The first text goes when you tell us it can.
