Give Us a Bell is a trading name, not yet a limited company, based in Glasgow. The person responsible for this site is Anthony Brawley, and you can reach him at hello@giveusabell.co.uk.
Using this site
You are welcome to use this site to find out what we do and to get in touch. Please do not try to break into it, overload it, copy it wholesale by automated means, or use the call, chat or form to harass anyone or to waste the service. We may limit or block calls and messages that look like misuse.
Talking to Anna
Anna is an AI receptionist, not a person. Calls are recorded, and our privacy page explains what happens to what you say. She can get things wrong, so anything she tells you about a price, a date or what we can do is only settled once we confirm it to you in writing.
Anna is not an emergency service. If anyone is in danger, ring 999.
Examples on this site
The example calls, businesses, customers and figures on this site are there to show how the service works. They are illustrations, not real bookings or promises. Any figure worked out from your own numbers is a rough guide, and every business is different.
Getting in touch does not sign you up
Sending an enquiry or talking to Anna costs nothing and does not commit you to anything. If you decide to work with us, what we will do, what it costs and how either of us can end it are agreed with you in writing before any work starts, and that written agreement is what applies to the work.

The words, designs and pictures on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You are welcome to share a link to any page. Please do not copy them to present as your own.

Some links take you to other services, such as WhatsApp. Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
If something goes wrong
We work to keep this site accurate and running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. The site is free to use, and as far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss that comes from relying on it. Nothing here limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit, and nothing here affects your rights as a consumer.
Changes and the law that applies
We may update these terms, and the date below shows when they last changed. They are governed by the law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts deal with any dispute. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in the courts where you live.
